Alain is the founder and CEO of Sadair, an AI infrastructure company dedicated to making intelligence a lasting human capability. Sadair builds models bounded by safety and extended through creation and correction to bring advanced AI from the cloud into devices, interactions, and everyday life.
Alain joined High-Flyer as a senior data scientist and remained with the team as its AI research effort became DeepSeek. At DeepSeek, he was a senior research scientist on the language model team, contributing to DeepSeek-V2 and DeepSeek-V3. He was later seconded to Unitree, where he worked on compressing and optimizing multimodal models for on-device deployment.
Alain holds a PhD in data science from Fudan University and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
